Usage:

NSEND N X0 .. X9 OUT Y0 .. Y9

Inputs:

The delay cylces (number)

Xi

The data inputs (any type)

Outputs:

Yi

The delayed/down-sampled data inputs (any type)

Function:

Update outputs every N-th evaluation cycle. If N <= 0, the output update is disabled.
